Ceremonies
Spains Hall Estate is a licensed wedding venue for all civil marriage and partnership ceremonies.
Within the house, the magnificent Elizabethan Hall can seat up to 120 guests, while the Drawing Room and Dining Room are both available for smaller ceremonies. While there is under floor heating and a fully integrated audio system for your comfort and convenience, the rooms are decorated with family antiques, paintings and mementos to create a romantic yet historic setting.
The Stables
The Stables is a stunning, architect-designed conversion of the original 18th Century Dovecote and 19th Century Coach House. It can seat 130 guests and a maximum capacity of 180 for dancing and evening entertainment.
Spains Hall
You will have exclusive use of historic Spains Hall, the stunning modern Stables conversion or indeed a combination of the two. We also offer free use of the beautiful Tapestry Room for the bride and her party to prepare for the wedding ceremony.
Summer House - Outside Ceremony
Why not hold your Ceremony in our stunning historic Summer House in the Rose Garden?

Religious Ceremonies
If you wish to celebrate your marriage in a religious setting there are numerous churches around Spains Hall. The nearest is St John The Baptist in Finchingfield, Tel 01371 810309 (Rev Colin Wilson). You can find further details on locations and contact numbers from the various church websites. An easy to use site is Parish Finder.
