Le Talbooth

Talbooth Catering, the name behind the best parties in East Anglia. 

Based at the famous Le Talbooth restaurant in Dedham, Talbooth Catering is the outside catering arm of Milsom Hotels, a group of hotels and restaurants which includes Maison Talbooth and milsoms in Dedham, The Pier at Harwich and milsoms Kesgrave Hall. Talbooth Catering has been looking after weddings at Spains Hall since it opened in 2006. Whatever the challenge our vastly experienced team deliver the same quality of food and service that our restaurants have become renowned for.  We can deliver anything from fabulous canapés through to a simple lunch or an elaborate dinner.

Our chefs, under the leadership of Executive Chef Ian Rhodes provide the ideas, passion, energy and inspiration to create truly delicious menus to suit any occasion.  However, we specialise in weddings and we know the importance of your peace of mind, so we pay particular attention to the smallest detail allowing you to relax and enjoy the day.

Cambridge Dining Company

The Cambridge Dining Company provide high quality catering solutions for any event. The Company is part of Cambscuisine, a group of four restaurants in the area, The Cock at Hemingford Grey (2010 National Dining pub of the Year, Good Pub Guide), The Boathouse at Ely and the two Chop Houses in Cambridge. We bring restaurant quality food and service to your party no matter the size. The cuisine is British, is sourced from the local area and presented with style.
