The Tapestry Room is the most beautiful bedroom in the house.

It has been lovingly restored and includes a luxurious bathroom which interconnects, to enhance the feeling of light and space.

The heavily-embroidered four poster bed, which belonged to Queen Charlotte, wife of George III dominates the room, but a sense of intimacy is still retained.

Here a bride has an additional option in which to prepare for her great day with up to six of her entourage, while enjoying stunning views over the gardens.

From here she can descend to the Elizabethan Hall or Drawing Room to make a grand entrance.
