Suggested Suppliers - MUSIC AGENCIES AND DJs
All contracts for amplified entertainment must be between you (the client) and the Agencies as listed, not with the bands or DJs direct.
This requirement ensures that:
- The DJ, Band or Group is suitable for Spains Hall as a venue and for the function to which the booking relates.
- As far as reasonably practicable, no nuisance, annoyance or disturbance is caused to Spains Hall staff or neighbours by any DJ, Band or Group booked for a function at Spains Hall.
It is advisable for the smooth running of your day that your DJ/Band (if you decide to have one) sets up before your arrival at Spains Hall. However, space must be available for them to do this. If you have more than 11 round tables in the Main Hall your entertainment will have to set up once the meal has finished. Prior set up can also be affected by the timings of your day, which will be discussed in detail at your planning meeting a few months before your event. Please make it clear to the agency when enquiring, that you may require the entertainers to set up earlier in the day.
