The meeting rooms at Spains Hall are situated within the Stables complex and Spains Hall.

The Stables complex is equipped with WiFi, wireless PA system, underfloor heating and air conditioning.  Audio-visual presentation facilities are available on request.  The Main Hall can seat 130, theatre style, and up 180 for a reception.  The Coach House can seat 56 theatre style and 100 for a reception.  The converted Loose Boxes are suitable for smaller, informal receptions and satellite meetings during events. The whole complex is available for hire or by individual room.

Within Spains Hall, all meeting rooms are equipped with audio-visual presentation facilities and WiFi.  The Elizabethan Hall has a wireless PA system and underfloor heating.  This impressive room can seat 120.  The panelled Drawing Room can seat 50.  It has direct access to the Elizabethan Hall as well as the gardens.  The Georgian Dining Room can seat 30 and is particularly suited to smaller, formal meetings.

The rooms are available for day or evening meetings and events.  We offer a totally flexible catering service which can be tailored to meet your requirements, as well as a full bar facility.

There is ample parking on site, as well as some accommodation.  We also have a list of recommended local B&Bs, Inns and Hotels.
