The 2000-acre Spains Hall Estate on the fringes of the picturesque north Essex village of Finchingfield has been the Ruggles-Brise family home for over 250 years. We undertook an extensive renovation programme starting in 2005, transforming the stable block and restoring the Elizabethan house to its former glory. The modern stable-conversion, along with the historic reception rooms within the house, offers an authentic and inspirational venue for weddings, corporate events, business meetings, corporate conferences..
In addition this thriving rural estate also offers opportunities for separate outdoor events, horse riding, fishing and short breaks in our stunning holiday cottages.
